So maybe you can't tax your way out of every fiscal landmine.
Santa Monica is paying dearly because of the evil dirty deeds of their police dispatcher that were carried out over a period of two decades.
The city has already paid a staggering 229 million to victims with another 180 still yet seeking compenstation.
How does a sicko like this guy go 20 plus years abusing little boys and no one raises a hand? His favorite choice, poor Latino boys, likely had families living in fear of reporting due to being illegal.
Of course, the pervert coward offed himself prior to going to trial. He couldn't face being on the receiving end of what he had been giving once he reached prison.
Santa Monica will survive. Surfer boy Newscum will come to their rescue.
