I would suspect I am better educated than almost any news reporter. So what is your point? The leftwing is made up of well educated elites who crave power and use government to gain wealth. another part of the movement are the libertines whose support of the left is mainly due the libertines hatred of the religious right. and most of the rest are those who want more government giving them more stuff. The entire point of "defending Trump" has to do with what Trump is part of --- the election. So....defending Trump against what or who? Hillary. The two go hand-in-hand. It's silly to ask someone to defend their own candidate without mentioning the other candidate's name.

NOt all liberals need or want the government taking care of them. Some want to be the parents in this relationship The power hungry ones or those who think they are smarter than everyone else. and of course there is the libertine segment who hate the religious right and detest often uneducated "faithful" calling them sinners. That tends to make up many of the people I went to college with who are voting Hillary.
