The UK and USA were providing the Ukraine with missiles BEFORE Russia invaded Ukraine.

It's a pity that many EU nations were contributing very little prior to invasion.

The EU has enriched Russia and the Oligarchs by being Russia's must lucrative trading partner.

The EU did not listen to the UK and USA when these two nations urged the major EU nations to increase their defence spending to a level equal to theirs........or at least to the level recommended by NATO.
