There's going to be a popcorn shortage.

America might finally be able to watch the spectacle of a former president being criminally indicted live on their television and phone screens. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia — where a grand jury is contemplating that exact indictment — ruled Monday morning to allow cameras in the courtroom if and when such an indictment occurs.

Former President Donald Trump has already been arrested and indicted three times this year, once in Manhattan over hush money payments allegedly paid to Stormy Daniels and twice by the feds over the classified documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago and his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Not if, but when. Why would he even rule if there was a chance Trump wasn't being indicted?

Well this is a two sided blade if ever there was one. Buckle up!

I hope it is all televised, arraignment, hearings , rulings etc not just the trial.

Ah shit. I don't know about this, I smell a Civil War coming.

Not sure if I should make this it's own subject, but Reuters was watching the Fulton County courts and saw the POSSIBLE indictment about to be handed down before it got yanked almost as fast as it went up
Link to the story:

Link to the possible indictment charges:

The civilized and cautious part of me says: "Oh dear, this isn't wise. Dangerous things could happen."

The absolutely savage and untamed version of me says...

This camera permission seems to relate only to a case where the Trump indictment lands in this particular judge's courtroom. As I understand court functioning, the judge in a case is assigned in rotation. If the grand jury does not return an indictment this week, there is no guarantee that the next judge will allow cameras.

What will be filmed is a presentation of an indictment before a judge. It won't even be read aloud.

DA Fani Willis has called the witness scheduled for tomorrow to appear today.

The guy says he got a sudden phone call just now to report now to the grand jury.

MSM are drooling all over the place the indictments may be presented to the judge late this afternoon.

It's speculation but it's fairly reasonable to think so.
