Border czar: "Free speech has limitations"

So then Rubio can show us where Mahmoud Khalil supported HAMAS or any terrorist organization. Or perhaps you can, and do more than just parrot talking points.
:)
That this individual has actively supported and advocated for Hamas does not seem to be a question. He has.

So the **** what? The combined count of innocent bodies stacked up by both the US government and the IDF dwarf that of Hamas a thousand times. Why the hell is Hamas so goddamn special?

Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the US government.

How about if the individual endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity?
Unless you're materially supporting a terrorist group, expressing support for one, no matter how stupid or misinformed, is a right protected by the First Amendment.

“As a Palestinian student, I believe that the liberation of the Palestinian people and the Jewish people are intertwined and go hand-by-hand and you cannot achieve one without the other,” he told CNN last spring when he was one of the negotiators representing student demonstrators during talks with Columbia University’s administration.

“Our movement is a movement for social justice and freedom and equality for everyone,” he said.

Horrifying!

He has provided no evidence to support this claim.

A citation would be great, especially since we've seen a lot of dishonest attempts to paint those with pro-Palestinian views as supporters of HAMAS.

Can you give solid examples of him advocated for Hamas, as opposed to advocating for the liberation of those living in Gaza?

Sorry, that's just stupid. Hamas is a terrorist organization. The US and Israel are not.

Federal law specifically states one can be denied a Green Card for advocating for terrorist organizations. Do you think the law says something else?

So nothing that shows he directly supported HAMAS but a more abstract connection based on the various groups that showed up to this protests. Got it.
🤭

I did enjoy the part trying to make the connection between the "Zionist Free Zone" and Jews though, because it betrays the lack of knowledge of the word since not all Jews are Zionists, and even in those protests there were Jews present from groups which are not in line with the current Israeli government's actions.

Thanks. I've been trying to find something concrete. It was my understanding that there was a blocking of Jewish students from coming on certain parts of campus. That would be unacceptable to me. And if there is any indication that he led the applauding of the October massacre by Hamas, out he goes.

Of which there is not.

Why? People applaud the slaughter, sexual torture, and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. People applaud Russian brutality, rape, and human trafficking of Ukrainian children. Why do Israelis get a special suspension of the 1st Amendment?

Disagree or agree? And if so, what limitations should there be?

You of the extreme left have been saying this for years.

He's wrong, but the hypocrisy of the left in criticizing him for using the words Obama's Biden Regime and their corrupt media have chanted incessantly about 1/6 reeks.

Hamas is a recognized terrorist organization. Since 9/11 we have rejected terrorism. Immigrants enjoy a special, heightened review status of their actions. As an example, an immigrant may get deported if convicted of a drug crime that an American citizen would get probation for. Citizenship confers privilege. I don't want immigrants here that are terrorist sympathizers. If an Irish immigrant was sympathizing with IRA agents, he too can be deported (and has been). Hamas supporters should not get special kid gloves.

He hasn't been charged with any crimes.

They shipped him to Louisiana, and denied him access to his lawyers, because they're a bunch of fascist f***s who thought they could deprive him of his rights if they moved fast enough.

They are now claiming he's in a detention center in NJ, but no one has confirmed that.

He's a legal permanent resident. He has the same 1st Amendment rights as any citizen.

The left has worked hard to erase citizenship from America. The left demands that any third world tribesman has the same rights, privileges, and immunities as American citizens who have deep ties to the nation.

Just part of the overall goal of the left to erase America as a nation.

Obviously we are talking hypothetical since this permanent resident who was disappeared by our government hasn’t been adjudicated as supporting a terrorist organization.

That aside, you believe every permanent resident should be subject to arrest, suspension of habeas corpus, and deportation, possibly torture as well, simply for saying something positive, mere speech, about any organization on this list?

State Department

And as a follow up since you are in the mood to strip rights from those who oppose Israeli actions, would you extend this to naturalized citizens?

Plus the organization he belongs to does advocate genocide of Jews and violence against American Law Enforcement.

he hasn't been disappeared, but I recognize that is the leftist talking point.

No, that is not my position. Odd that you would try to make it my position.

What rights have I advocated be removed from this visitor?
