This is one reason why judges should be civilly (and even criminally) liable if they let out onto the streets like this someone they know is a danger to society.

That is the worst stereotyping of NRA/pro-gun supporters ever.

NRA members want guns primarily for self-defense. Period.

Many NRA members have probably never even used their gun(s) against anything living except for garden pests (i.e. rabbits), deer or a paper/plastic/metal target.
 
OP's racism is disgusting. Take every case of releasing a defendant, look for black judges releasing black defendants, say it's all about racism. Oh look, here are cases the same judge did not release defendants. Couldn't have anything to do with the merits of the cases.

Both AR15’s and semi auto firearms are for self defense. The govnt isn’t able to ban those weapons, because the constitution precludes them from doing so.
 
How could you possibly know if the judge’s decision has anything at all to do with race? Simply because they’re both black?

Yup - that's pretty much it. When you look at what the judge did - releasing a suspect who tried to kill people - then you have to figure it's about race.

No you don't. People are released on bail all the time. And this guy was released on house arrest with a GPS tracking device.
You don't have to figure it's about race, you just do. If the guy was white and the judge was white you wouldn't be calling the guy guilty before he's been tried.
