Bipartisan Senate report describes 2016 Trump campaign eager to accept help from foreign power

In a thousand-page bipartisan report released Tuesday, the Senate Intelligence Committee said the Trump administration obstructed its investigation with "novel claims" of executive privilege. It painted a portrait of a Trump campaign eager to accept help from a foreign power in 2016.

The Senate report, the most detailed account to date of the Trump campaign's embrace of Russian election interference, also asserted that the allegations that Ukraine interfered in the election — which President Donald Trump perpetuated — originated with Russian intelligence agencies.

Who'd have thunk?
What a 'nothing burger' that is!

translation: the Trump campaign knew WikiLeaks were dropping information about Clinton's emails and felt that information would be damaging so they wanted it.

rhetorical question: who the **** wouldn't in their shoes?

....and they were able to coordinate the timing of the release(s). Bet the shoes are a little warm today.........

Ah, Conservative’s playbook, instead of debating the thread topic, change the subject. This thread is about Team Trump’s ties to Russian interference in 2016 as per a report from the Senate.

If you want to discuss Hunter Biden, a story that’s dead, start your own thread.

On this thread, we learned what smart people already knew, the Russians helped Trump and they’d do it again.
And are doing it again.

Move those posts........move them fast........folks know about the lies now.

The unbridled hatred or at least posted hatred of Trump is an attempt to divert from the alternative, there is no valid reason to vote for Biden as this issue is a non issue just a diversion

Seems like your hatred of the rule of law seems to go away when the news is about your cult leader....

Actually, the opposite is true.

And there is no evidence at all to support your claim other than assertions by the intelligence community that the Chinese don’t trust Trump.

Not that that is a revaluation. The only people on the planet who still believe anything Trump says are on AM talk radio in the US. (and I don’t think they believe him either but they know that their no nothing audience still believes).

The Chinese HATE Trump probably more than you although your hatred is misguided, Theirs is economic, Trump is the only President who has really challenged China, calling attention to their currency manipulation and intellectual property theft. I believe the American people recognize the hatred from the left and the fact that both China and Russia would love to have liberals back in the WH with policies of appeasement

It looks like some of it might be real....

Michael Cohen says he was "active and eager participant" in "golden showers" and "tax fraud" in book | Salon.com

They call him Trumpee

And maybe birds will fly out of my butt.

The idea that Manafort was acting on his own, without Trump is grasping at straws.

Moreover, the report details how Trump lied to Mueller about discussions with Roger Stone about Wikileaks. That’s a crime, incident.

Funny-- we are hearing the same argument about that FBI agent -- he would never have doctored evidence on his own hook.
The response: what is the proof-- seems to apply here as well.

Trump winning reelection is dangerous to the country.

Feel free to include me in that list. But I'd imagine that will go over like your promise to leave the forum. All talk, no action.

As long as you continue to derail I will continue to report.

You continue to appear on every anti Trump thread as your passionate hatred for Trump is not only unhealthy but nothing more than diversion from the reality that Biden is the alternative. Trump has done nothing to hurt you or your family that warrants this hatred and people like you who have such passionate hatred have no credibility. This thread is another non issue for the electorate as it doesn't affect them and if it doesn't affect them there is no interest. how does it affect you?

Thanks for posting this, have not read through the replies yet but I am sure the trumplings are screaming fake news and trying to divert from the truth as much as their little brains will allow. Well done, I was wondering who would get to this First.

The cult will have to wait until Rush and Sean tell them what to think and say.

It's sad and total BS, because it's about our country. Trump is worse than Nixon at this point, but the right wing media will continue protecting him and lying. It's very sad for the sake of our country. Trump is "joking" about a third term and being president for life. He is an obvious danger to the country. How dare the right wing media protect him at this point!

What 'right wing media' are you referring to? CNN? MSNBC? The NY Times?

So what? WikiLeaks wouldn't want an establishment shill like Clinton.

Actually with how Obama used intelligence surveillance and completely violated 4th amendment protections of the Trump campaign personnel, he is far worse than Nixon. Weaponizing the DoJ and FBI, what a legacy.

What a 'nothing burger' that is!
A report that details how Team Trump actually did collude with Russia and unveiled that Trump committed the crime of lying to the Special Prosecutor is a nothing burger? Who knew?

Where do you see that?
The report is clear-- no collusion no conspiracy.

The crap you listen to 24/7.

Radical liberals cannot accept the fact that they lose elections thus have to blame someone else, this is total and complete liberal arrogance. This country wasn't built on their ideology and still that doesn't resonate with the left
