Instead of some obscure holiday that most people are not even aware exists perhaps we should have mandatory Bill of Rights education. That should be the fourth "R" mandatory education, Reading writing and arithmetic and constitutional rights.

I rather like that idea.

I like the idea because when people are brought up knowing their rights then they are less likely to easily give them up.
 
I would rather have our children brought up with a proper understanding of the limited powers of the federal government, so they may vote accordingly. The rights will then take care of themselves.
