President Biden did improve the distribution system that was set up by Trump and the coordination of vaccinations. That is a fact and your "fact check" does not at all contradict that. He said that it would take coordination with the states, actual work from the states to beat Covid. He did not say that they would do it on their own or the feds wouldn't be involved. It isn't all or nothing.

SS and Medicare were supposed to be self funding as you gave the gov't an interest free loan for your entire working career along with your employer now getting about a 1-2% return on that contribution. This is 2021 not the 1940's when the life expectancy was 62 years old. It was never intended to be used by politicians for things like the Vietnam War

Covid-19 is still an unknown virus that is raging out of control again because it mutates and despite amazing vaccines they are not a cure. There isn't a cure...short of a cute Covid will be with us for an unknown amount of time in the future. We keep learning that Covid is smarter and stronger than anyone alive today has ever experienced which means it's changing science and no one yet knows how to stop it.

One thing is certain, getting vaccinated and boosted is the the best bet we have as of today to slow the spread and save lives.
