He's pivoting the entire conversation to avoid any responsibility for his own stupid words, his administrations failure in response and the economic fallout.

1) he's pivoting the conversation towards entirely blaming WHO and China and while those two certainly have a lot to answer for, that doesn't abrogate his own failure, his stupid words and his administrations own short comings, but it's working with his base, they love it and they are lapping it up like the good, loyal pets they are.

2) He's endorsing the "LIBERATE" protests so that for the economic fallout, at least partially due to his administrations failure to properly deal with this and downplay it, he can simply blame all the individual governors, maybe just Democrat Governors for the economic fallout in direct contradiction of his own governments advice. And his good, loyal little cult pets are lapping that up too.

At a time when he should be uniting Americans against this threat to their very lives, he's still acting like a clown and so are his supporters and who knows, it could very well work this November.
