What conservative person has been fined or arrested for their speech? An FCC broadcast license meant to serve the public good is not a free speech right.

The basis of an FCC's license is does that broadcaster serve the general public good? I would bring back the fairness doctrine that would force broadcasters to be nonpartisan and give equal time to both sides.

You should know by now that leftists hate the idea of free speech. Free speech means someone might disagree with their perverted notions, and they cannot tolerate that. As we see with Trudeau's fascist government. These leftist filth were willing to burn down the University of California at Berkley to prevent one person from speaking. That is how much they utterly detest free speech, or freedoms of any kind.

You know that is not true. Stop lying.

Defamation campaigns started during the current decade to help protect our democracy, which everyone knows the right side hates, and regain faith in our voting systems, which everyone knows only Republicans lost any faith in.

Freedom of speech is not absolute. You are not allowed to lie to police or on the witness stand. You are not allowed to copy videos, images, or text from any other source without express written consent and a courtesy note. You are not allowed to make junk calls to millions of phone numbers. You are not allowed to post on a message board before age 13. You are not allowed to use slander or libel. None of these federal laws were one-sided affairs or challenged by Republicans after going into effect.
