I know that Philly is a Dem-friendly city (to say the least), but it is probably impossible for Mr. Biden to "slip" into the city without its being noticed and reported by someone.

A cyst on the pineal gland is actually a very common happening. Many people have it without even knowing about it, unless they have had a brain MRI. But even when it is found, they normally just watch it since such a thing is likely not going to cause major issues.
