Is not the evidence you think it is. Do you think that any of these could have been due to being intersexed? What is "other procedures"? I specifically asked for under 17, because l don't have a problem with someone getting that surgery at 17 with parental signoff or as declared an emancipated minor since I could join the military at 17 with the same conditions. That is a group of surgeries.
