The Trump presidency was a whataboutism gift to his opposition that will never stop giving. It's a treasure trove.

If you weren't outraged when Trump and company did it, then you don't have a leg to stand on when some other politician does the same.

Yes indeed. When the right condemns Biden for things that they accept in their Fearless Leader, it's the very definition of hypocrisy.

The think about trump is that he made “but trump” easy. There was no bar he would not sink below. No dog whistle that he would not blow, no vulgarity that he would not embrace. And he did it loudly and publicly.

And yet Biden has been worse on the economy, worse on immigration, worse on covid, and has been a foreign policy nightmare. The Democrats had 30 candidates and this was the best they could do.

The reverse is also true - since the left leaning MSM was ’fact checking’ those Trump “stories” they should do the same for Biden’s “stories”. Kettle, meet pot.
 
Someone wake me up when Biden keeps claiming his American-born father was actually born in Germany.

Nobody cares about dumb anecdotes except those who still can't get over Biden's win.

The timing of when Biden said he interacted with the conductor doesn't work. That being said, the thread subject is stupid. Biden traveled the train thousands of times and probably regularly interacted with dozens of employees. He doesn't remember the exact timing of an interaction. HORRORS! IMPEACH!

Negri's stepdaughter, Olga Betz, said Wednesday that while she can't confirm Biden's story, she knows for certain that he and Negri were friends. Negri, she said, "adored" him and spoke of how he was "very thoughtful and personable with the conductors; knew them all by name."
Betz said Biden often invited Negri and other Amtrak employees to his Senate office. And she said that when Negri retired in 1993 after decades working for rail companies, Biden hosted a party for him in the office -- posing for photos with Negri while holding a cake that said, "Angelo Don't Go"

That's a cool story. But that isn't what I was talking about. I was talking about @Chainsawmassacre claiming the Trump "I saw thousands of Muslims dancing in the streets on 9/11" was debunked. Read up.

You should read the posts you quote. It was about the Trump lie. The one he repeated. Not even the lie he repeated about his father being born in Germany, although that was a funny one. Like when he lied about being Michigan's "Man of the Year". That was another funny one.
