Jumping the gun, IMO. I would not be surprised to see a recount in most of the states in play right now. It will definitely happen in Georgia, has a good chance of happening in PA, and AZ could be really really close. Sure, Trump won't likely make up any significant ground in a recount, but it looks bad if the decision is going to hinge on multiple recounts. Trump isn't going to concede where normal politicians would so we have to deal with that.

Despite how ridiculous Trump is acting, the election is not over yet, and we shouldn't pretend that the legal process isn't important.

A recount will not change the end results. Biden is winning by a lot now, not just a couple hundred ballots.

Your post did say absentee, but that’s not the point. The constitution, which you claim to revere gives the power to administer elections to the states. There is no problem with mail ballots they have been used in a number of states for years. Give it up, it’s over. My wife and I used no excuse mail in ballots in our state. We mailed them in early Oct and knew exactly when they were delivered, when they were accepted and when the vote was tallied.

How does anyone know if someone truly requested a no excuse absentee ballot and what justifies any state from sending out official ballots to all registered voters? The passion and enthusiasm has been for Trump not Biden and there is a reason Biden spent most of his time in his basement as I believe he know the outcome before the votes were even cast. there is no way that as many registered voters requested no excuse Absentee ballots as were cast nor is there justification for states sending ballots to all registered voters in the states not with two full weeks of early voting.
