I am curious, when Bush misspoke thousands of times during his presidency....did call out his cognitive deficiency then? They were so frequent, they were called "Bushisms"

FWIW, Biden's gaffes have been going on for decades.

I will take gaffes over a prior POTUS that encourages insurrection and attempts to delegitimize the vote and discourages appropriate pandemic behavior.
