It's easy to figure out, Biden is guilty of every charge leveled against him, while Trump is innocent of all charges leveled against him. Makes perfect sense to me.

Yes, the facts don't show what they think they show. I'm just curious as to this hypothetical case where a vice-president engages in quid-pro quos without the power to do so.

Of course it would be absurd to say "the Swedish guy MUST have done it". But to say he MIGHT have done it is quite a different thing. All police forces work on the assumption that everyone is a suspect until they are ruled out.

Ummmm, NO! You have to have reasonable grounds for that suspicions. Otherwise everyone living on that street would be a suspect. Is it possible, I have some idea of how the law works?

This is how some folks want the law applied. It's amazing that someone from a democratic country would adhere to a belief that is espoused by regimes that are not democratic.

That's true. But those investigations are usually based on a violation of law. What is the violation of law you see here?

Congressional investigations are not criminal investigations. They are based on the idea of providing information to help Congress form legislation. What legislation are they considering with this fishing expedition.

I suggested that showing patriotism is doing things for your country. Not for yourself.

The reason why is because they have the same type of character as trump.

No I'm not saying they are all sex abusers like trump, I'm saying they have the same lack of good values and lack of good moral character as trump.

The political class, because they are the ones that create and enforce the law, will ALWAYS be above the law. That's actually part of the reason our Constitution was created to be a restraint on government but, alas, over the years it's been turned into an enabling mechanism instead.
