He hasn’t been on tv everyday bitching about unfair press, how the last guy screwed him over, how right wing media is lying and is an enemy of the state and people, and praising himself how great he is about evacuating 122,000 people in 17 days while a foreign government collapsed.
I’m sure in the next several months the New York Times, The Washington Post, The AP, Reuters, and other reputable sources will write stores about the current administration’s **** ups. That’s good and that’s what they should do.

Rather interesting to note that Democrats are singing "Good times are here again!" with the obviously 'America and Americans last' policies which the Biden administration has directed Biden to institute. "Proud to be American" has always seemed like such a strange concept. I'm American because I was born here. I didn't choose to be an American, I didn't choose to be born. This... isn't an accomplishment of mine. I didn't do anything to become American. What am I proud of? Some historical event I had nothing to do with? A constitution I didn't write? Inventions I didn't invent?

Now, an immigrant has something to be proud of. For them, becoming a citizen is a long, tedious, and expensive process. They earned that citizenship. I did not.
