You made the claim that Red states get more tax dollars back than they pay and that is irrelevant for the tax dollars going back to the states are expense based, the revenue going to the federal gov't is population based. Federal dollars fund federal expenses, i gave you the link showing that federal dollars are paid to the states, why should a citizen of the state pay for federal mandates and expenses. Oh by the way, who signed the federal mandate law in 1995?
