I would say without hesitation Obama did. Biden is a different breed he got to the top by working with his fellow Senators and developing a depth of experience second to few.

Obama had the field cleared for him all through the Illinois system. Dirty deeds dun dirt cheap.

More ignorance. Just because it was labeled a border bill does not mean it was actually a border enforcement bill. In reality that bill would have simply codified illegal immigration at a very high level into law before enforcement would kick in. Many RINOs in the Senate fell for it at first. Not the case in the House. And Trump was not going to fall for it,. The democrats simply attempted to pull a fast one and they failed.

Easy. Trump did not **** it up. He had the border basically secure by the end of his term. Then dopey Joe came in and reversed his policies and opened the flood gates again. Let's be intellectually honest. The democrats have no desire to solve the illegal immigration problem. They want and encourage illegal immigration for the sake of changing voting demographics largely in red states in their favor. That's why they shipped the ones they did catch to red states. Ultimately red state governors like Gregg Abbot and Desantis turned that around on them.
