Before we do any other thing about the Jan 6 demonstration

She underestimated the seriousness of what she was doing and ended up making an example of herself. She was part of an angry mob that was banging on the doors of the Senate chambers where members of Congress were sheltering out of fear for their lives from that very mob, and was actively climbing through a broken window where nothing else stood between the mob and those members of Congress except a few cops. The officer was justified and probably saved more lives by having to take one.
Sure is strange that when an UNARMED white person is killed by a cop, it is no big deal!!! How do you explain that?

In any other case when a white cop shoots an unarmed black criminal that probably committed a crime, there are riots, looting and burnings. Yet in this case it looks like democrats dont even want a court hearing.

The simple fact is for justice to be served for the woman that was murdered is to bring the cop into a court of law, and explain his actions, and be questioned about them. What is so wrong about doing that???
Even Chauvin got an investigation before charges were brought. This officer also had an investigation into his actions, but unlike Chauvin they were found to be justified.

No crime was committed. It would be a violation of a prosecutor's oath of office to bring charges.

Why is it strange? His actions are objectively justified. Adam Toledo was black, unarmed, and only 13 years old, but there were no riots after he was killed because that cop was objectively justified too.

Democrats pushed by Pelosi and other radicals want to hold big trials on the Jan 6 demonstration.

But first I suggest they arrest and prosecute the murdering Capitol cop that killed an UNARMED woman veteran. Who here thinks that is reasonable?

NOPE.

No...she was at the forefront of a violent mob that was breaking an interior secure point that was protecting top level government officials that were in the process of an important democratic procedure. She got shot because of her own actions.

Did she try not jumping the barricade?
I believe she flanked the barricade by climbing through the window her mob broke, and then her mob lifted her through it, most likely with the intent to follow, after ignoring the shouted warnings and display of deadly force. Advancing at the head of a mob on a cop pointing a gun at her shows her intent was equal to the force being used by the cop. The cop probably saved lives, if she and others had gotten through and tried advancing towards the protectees, more of them could have been shot dead, even unarmed. Didn't you learn a lesson from Rittenhouse?

ETA: this post is mostly directed at @Logical1, not you @Hamish Howl. Went on a tangent.

somebody is getting nervous.

So much fail, for such a short post . . .

Hard to ignore a dead UNARMED veteran woman. It was an out and out plain murder, and the cop that shot her needs to stand trial.
The Capital policeman was standing guard over a set of broken and barracaded doors leading to the speakers lobby. The officer had his weapon drawn and was visible to Ms. Babbitt as she attempted to climb through the broken, barricaded doors. Ms. Babbitt was warned to stop. She continued and was shot and consequently died of her wounds. The courts investigated the incident and found the officer had acted in accordance with his duties. Justice prevailed.

what has happened to Dwight D. Eisenhower's Republican party?

You know nothing of the law yet you're here demanding justice? Typical Republican logic ........or lack thereof.

Murder by one rogue cop of an unarmed woman, and no others is justified? What was the immediate danger to that rogue cop?

How did the cop know that she wasnt just pushed forward by other demonstrators? This really needs to be investigated. What would an investigation hurt?

As you know,
it was investigated
already.

Just because you're unhappy w/ the results doesn't mean that the investigation didn't happen

At the very least the cop should be charged with excessive use of force!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter how many times you lie, it's still not true. And the cop was there to protect congressmen. There was no need for any immediate threat to him personally.

It was investigated. They did not bring charges against him.

The House passed a bill to form a commission to investigate not hold trials. That investigation is over, no charges filed.

Do you believe that President Biden won a fair election free of statistically significant voter fraud last November?

First, you have to be charged with something to be brought to court.

"Cleared" and kept hidden by democrats. That was crooked as hell. The big question is why???????????

Was it because the killer cop was black, and it doesnt fit the left's story line about what color the cop and victim was.
Show us how anything about his was "hidden by democrats".
