Was he on duty? Or was he just a psycho parent at a kids football game?

I sense you don't like the ATF, but this guy wasn't on duty, he didn't pull a badge. At the time he was simply a private citizen, who drew his gun because he felt threatened by a mob.

Does not matter, he is a agent of the law and should be held to the same if not higher standards as the rest of us, what sane person pulls a gun on group of people, more over why should that person have the power and position of a Federal Agent?

Why would I like a department of the federal government that strips away our rights by fiat, entraps people, throws in jail for malfunction firearms, runs guns into Mexico and then blames gun owners and oh yeah murdering people over a $200 tax they did not have to/could not pay?

That mob as a group of people who were trying to detain a violent criminal. Great to see you have such a fetish for power and willingness to defend it.

He in no way acted in the capacity of an ATF agent in this case, at all. From what I read, this is a private issue, no different than a person of any other job doing it.

Who said he should keep his position if found guilty of a crime here or even simply unstable enough to actually be in the position.

Fine, fire him. I'm fine with that. I take issue only with you trying to present this as some sort of problem with the ATF as an agency just because this guy appears to be unstable from the information we have.

Have you seen the trend of abuse from the ATF? From stomping cats to death to kicking women when pregnant until they miscarry, to burning women and children alive to running guns into mexico and killing hundreds of people, they are by their very actions dangerous, violent criminals who hide behind a badge.

Because he punched a person in the face, so the people wanted to stop him from attacking him or fleeing.

He started this fight, but I just having a badge makes you above the law you are sworn to enforce.
