In terms of Greta, I assume you mean Greta Thunberg - and I believe she has outlined her stance in regards to emissions pretty well.

I think China has been pretty well criticized - by ‘the left’, and they at least have a plan in place to curb emissions, where the US pulled out of the Paris accords because knuckledraggers apparently have lost their brains over the last half decade.

Yes the one term mistake even thought that Xi becoming President for life was a good thing that we should try. He also is ironically responsible for the highest trade deficit in our history due to his failed "trade war".
