Article II In the Constitution

Article II, Section 4: Read the Constition and read this section.

We are facing Constitutional rot and dysfunction in the Legislative Branch because we seated 147 traitor insurrectionists who now have expanded to a rubber stamp for a tyrant.
The lesson is, so called Oaths of Office lost their teeth generations ago because no one past or present ever had the guts to write punishments for violation of such oaths into law.
Simply quoting violations of an oath of office is strictly an academic exercise until the day comes once again that someone will dare to back it up.

We had a chance back in January of 2021 when the House Speaker, Democrat Nancy Pelosi, could have chosen to refuse to seat any lawmaker who had given aid and comfort to the insurrectionists.
That's when the MAGA faithful learned that there is no bottom.
She is not alone, our Attorney General Merrick Garland slow walked everything to extinction, when he had the goods.

Section 4

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

What's your point? Who has been impeached?

Do you read the Constitution?
I've read it multiple times over the last 60 years or so.

So tell me, why do you want me to read that particular article and section?

Who has been Impeached? Yeah, don't trump has been impeached in two times in the House.

What's his point: trump. The Republicans wants to keep their job. They do not care about the American People.

Maybe they are doing exactly what those who voted them into office want

I do: Article II, session 4: I'm over 60 years of you, and I wonder why you call me to read above.
???

LOL!! You don't make sense.

Bye.

Article II, Section 4: Read the Constition and read this section.

That deals with impeachment (by a House majority vote) and (potential) removal from office (by a Senate super-majority vote).

In the context of our civil justice system, impeachment is an allegation of wrongdoing by the US House and removal from office is a finding of liability by the US Senate.

What, exactly, is your desired point of discussion related to impeachment/removal from office?

I'm sure many of us have read the Constitution many times...

some of us even get past the title. Clearly, others do not.
