A couple of media lies you just propagated and if you had watched Fann's talk I linked, you would have recognized them.

1) Pro V&V and SLI Compliance are not certified to do audits. They are certified to certify the machines. And by the way, to bring them in to 'audit' the machines they certified is a conflict of interest.
2) Fann stated that Hobbs lied about compromising the machines. The machines are not owned, they are leased and the lease is about over anyway.

Why would I trust anything that Karen Fann states?? Fann is only having this "audit" being conducted within Maricopa County, and it is very partisan. Fann mostly represents Yavapai County, but Yavapai County is not going through this so-called audit. Pima County within this state also experienced about a five point Democrat shift from 2016 to 2020. But Pima County is not going through this so-called audit. Fann doesn't have any respect for the Maricopa County Supervisors, and no respect for the forensic audit of the machines that were conducted by legitimate auditors hired by the Supervisors. Fann also doesn't have any respect for me as a registered Maricopa County voter. Her hiring of conspiracy theorists and grifters to do this so-called audit demonstrates this. One of these guys hired to to do this so-called audit falsely claimed that data was erased when it wasn’t. That ended up former President Trump falsely claiming that the entire database of Maricopa County was deleted.

Fann doesn't know what she is talking about, Homeland Security has advised Hobbs to decommission the machines. The question is will the county be on the hook for the machines if the lessee claims a violation of the lease, since the machines have not remained in a chain of custody with the county.

How do you know if they were never really audited? The two firms the BoS called in to 'audit' the election didn't look at a single ballot.

In CA and Az they have to match signatures with the voter registration. My step sons was returned because the signature was not close. He had to sign an form verifying it was in fact his ballot. The scope it would take to mail in fraudulent ballets at scale impossible.

If they get dinged for violating chain of custody when it was the Board of Supervisors that refused to do the audit at their facility, that's on them. They handed the machines over.
