Bit of an odd request, there’s hardly going to be examples of kings doing that in America. Some presidents may have. Andrew Jackson famously ignored the Supreme Court. FDR was accused of stacking it. I wouldn’t describe either of them as fascist though.

Trump isn’t a fascist either, at least not in the mould of 1930s fascism in Europe. He does have authoritarian tendencies I would say, and has attempted to intimidate various judges over the years. It doesn’t matter anyway as your claim was that kings and fascists don’t use courts which is clearly untrue, as I demonstrated.

You're wrong. They actually do use courts, to give them the appearance of legitimacy, even when it's understood that the courts are merely rubber-stamping and colluding with the fascists. Nazi Germany had courts. They had a legal system. They had a parliament. It's just that they were bound by the same power structure. They colluded. You could argue that the same is true today in other authoritarian systems, from Maduro's Venezuela to Putin's Russia.
