Most of the time, yes. But there are definitely times where I just have moods that are not conducive to absolutely serious discussions but the not being serious helps to change my moods. I never intentionally do things though that are meant to trick or ridicule anyone.

Most of the time I just join the fray to correct the record, as in when I see something which is patently false or wrong. I object to disinformation.
But I also very often just post things to amuse myself. I'm guessing 15-20% of the time

Oh yes, definitely. I always have been and always will be. Many people say I* have no sense of humor, but that is not true. It is all their fault if people expect me to "get" jokes that according to the Bible obviously are nothing but lies God condemns.

If people don't want me to be serious, they need to stop telling jokes and being sarcastic. I have fun when everyone just tells facts to the best of their knowledge and honest opinions based on known facts. I do like puns. But anything that does not look or sound like a joke to me is not a joke at all. It has been said many times that a joke is only funny if the listener thinks it is funny, and the vast majority of statements other people say are jokes are not funny to me.
