I thought blind faith was the whole point of religious belief. After all, it wouldn't be called belief if the existence of god(s) could be proved.

As a side note, I am amused by the irony of expecting adherents of whatever religion to simply take the word of a self-proclaimed prophet, when said prophet is spared that requirement. If Mohamed is to be believed, he had Gabriel appear to him. No faith required. Same with Joseph Smith. Only he 'saw' the golden tablets. Again, no faith required. If you can't give a single basis why you say God does not exist - and you can't answer why all those given basis for God, combined altogether, point to the existence of GOD - then -
