Unions are so archaic. I work in an industry that just doesn't have unions....well one...sort of. It is more of a fraternity type thing and not that many are actually in it. Unions have tried a few times but it just doesn't get any traction. The competition is so fierce in my industry they just aren't effective. If any were unionized they just wouldn't be hired.

It seems to me unions work better in situations where the members are not very smart and mostly lazy.

Unfortunately there's a lot of truth to it...Once they get in the club... not much motivation to do anymore than minimal requirements

They don't need unions to make them smart or work hard. The fact is there are plenty of smart and competent people ready and willing to take the the jobs of those cops/fireman who are lazy and dumb... but that can't happen unless we get more governers like chris christie. the combined salary and benefits for each rank-and-file police officer or firefighter cost the city of Camden NJ is an average of $140,000 per year. The salary packages of superior officers in both departments come to more than $200,000. Ptreey good work if you can get it.

So, in other words, you are saying that you are behaving exactly like the liberals who attacked Bush during those 8 years... those who you seem to not like and call "victim". I suppose, unless you are a hypocrite, that makes you a "victim" just like them.

Mark Williams, disgraced former Tea-Party chair, got caught organizing his supporters and giving them instructs to infiltrate the protests. He and his supporters shouted things like "Screw the taxpayer" and held signs that said goonish extreme things. Yes, it's definitive. It's confirmed and has already been reported on by several news outlets.

You misunderstand... let me be more specific. The guy in the video, what is his name and is there definative evidence one way or the other, that links him to either the RI Union or Mark Williams. And not for nothing, but "truth-out.org" is an unknown source, so it would be better from a legit and known source that has some credibility.
