In my opinion this thread is a low-grade troll thread and it appeals to low-grade posters. Others participate for the entertainment value in heaping scorn and abuse on it.

It's all they can do. None of them have actually done anything to help the detainees or their families. One actually bragged that someone else was helping.

I've been retired for a number of years but when I was working you would have been terrified to follow me around for a day. I don't consider myself liberal/progressive but I have helped out neighbors who have been victimized by ICE by watching some kids while things get sorted out and also helping people understand their rights.
