Just shows that the climate cult really isnt about "saving" the earth from climate change, its just about money.
Just... wow. :(

"A new four-lane highway cutting through tens of thousands of acres of protected Amazon rainforest is being built for the COP30 climate summit in the Brazilian city of Belém."

Climate change is about... what again?

Adler Silveira, the state government's infrastructure secretary, listed this highway as one of 30 projects happening in the city to "prepare" and "modernise" it, so "we can have a legacy for the population and, more importantly, serve people for COP30 in the best possible way".

Yes, make sure to serve those hypocritical scumbags.

Speaking to the BBC, he said it was a "sustainable highway"

Today I learned pavement is sustainable. I'm surprised they didn't build a luxury airport for these elite environmentalists and their private jets.

Are they using electric bulldozers, trucks and chainsaws? ;)
LOL - and they're probably clearing thousands of acres of rainforest for a solar farm to recharge them all.

Out of curiosity, I did check though, and Caterpillar actually has new electric bulldozer - the D11XE. Whether they're using it or not is another question. :)

Sounds like you’re upset that someone is doing something environmentally destructive- thus trading in short term convenience at the expense of long term environmental preservation.

Weird, because you don’t seem to give a shit about this concept in any other post I’ve ever read from you.

He's right though.
This isn't about climate change, it is about money, animals and precious habitats be damned.
