Both of those justices are blaming their wives for their political stance issues. Take responsibility assholes.

"Alito told the Times he had “no involvement” in the flag’s hanging and said it was “briefly placed” there by his wife."

"Conservative judicial activist Leonard Leo arranged for the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to be paid tens of thousands of dollars for consulting work just over a decade ago, specifying that her name be left off billing paperwork, according to documents reviewed by The Washington Post. In January 2012, Leo instructed the GOP pollster Kellyanne Conway to bill a nonprofit group he advises and use that money to pay Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, the documents show. The same year, the nonprofit, the Judicial Education Project, filed a brief to the Supreme Court in a landmark voting rights case. Leo, a key figure in a network of nonprofits that has worked to support the nominations of conservative judges, told Conway that he wanted her to “give” Ginni Thomas “another $25K,” the documents show. He emphasized that the paperwork should have “No mention of Ginni, of course.”

Guess how Thomas voted on the Shelby case...
"In his concurring opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas argued that Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional in addition to Section 4. He wrote that the blatant discrimination against certain voters that Section 5 was intended to prohibit is no longer evident. Without such extraordinary circumstances, Congress cannot constitutionally justify placing the burden of Section 5 on the states in question."

My spidey sense is tingling, who sat on the flag story for three and a half years? Who benefits from releasing it now?

The New York Times and SCOTUS critics respectively.

Thomas votes in accordance with the Constitution and his morals. Thank God we have such a moral man on the Court.
So it's just a coincidence that he votes in accordance with the wishes of the wealthy people that give him so many 'gifts' that he fails to declare in accordance with the court rules????

Whataboutism is hypocrisy because it doesnt deny the original accusation so i will take your whataboutery as an admission of guilt.

I'm glad you were not around when the Revolutionary War, Civil War, WW2, the Space Race, or COVID started.

If people feel Biden is corrupt, he can be voted out of office. Such a guardrail does not exist for Thomas.
then why waste time talking about it??

that also goes for others on the court that have totally ignored the constitution,,

Because "the pattern exposes consistent violations of judicial norms, experts, including seven current and former federal judges appointed by both parties, told ProPublica. “In my career I don’t remember ever seeing this degree of largesse given to anybody,” said Jeremy Fogel, a former federal judge who served for years on the judicial committee that reviews judges’ financial disclosures. “I think it’s unprecedented.”"
