Yeah, you're probably right.. she asked for it.
Was probably wearing a really short dress too......
Gill the 94% of rapes that aren't reported aren't true at all. From the Rape statistics 39% of rapes are reported.
Rape Statistics
Here are are stats that prove that 94% bulls **** is not true.
Something is a fishy about this story, and with logical thinking you can poke holes in to her story very easily. I'm not going to say that I beleive it with out more information, and the fact the police investigated and didn't charge him because of lack of evidence.
http://www.cmaj.ca/cgi/reprint/162/5/659.pdfAn estimated 94% of sexual assaults never come to
the attention of the criminal justice system.1 We examined
data from the charts of all 958 individuals
who were examined at the Sexual Assault Service between
Jan. 1, 1993, and Dec. 31, 1997. This service is operated by
the Children's & Women's Health Centre of British Columbia
in partnership with the Vancouver General Hospital
Emergency Department. The purpose of our study was
to determine why so many sexual assault cases are not reported
to the police.
You really need to learn to troll better.
Where, in any goddamn thing I have posted, have I even insinuated that if she was assaulted she "asked for it"? Where? Your proclivity for putting words in people's mouths is getting pretty ****ing annoying.
I don't think she "asked for" any goddamn thing. I just don't think she was assaulted. A woman being assaulted isn't going to willingly hang the **** around with the guy who is assaulting her. Jesus ****ing christ. It's really not rocket surgery.
And IF she was assaulted, and decided to forgo criminal charges for money... then I still give her a big ole **** you. But I do not believe for a moment that she was assaulted.
Not with the heads of hotel security that I've known. Hard-core conservatives types to a one.
So you know every head of security in every hotel everywhere. Got it.
If you saw from the beginning I stated I DONT KNOW what happened in a Portland hotel room (any more than any other person here). My comment to you is that it is ludicrous for you tro come in here and claim...bah...this would NEVER happen because hotel security would know everything. Hotel security is hotel security. I wont even be dismissive of them...but they can only act on what they KNOW (which you apparently agree to) so therefore it lends no credence to the discussion on IF it could have happened.
You and Glinda are the ones questioning whether she "wanted" it or not. Your comments seems pretty clear to me, but feel free to try and run from your own words again.

Maybe that's what he thought he was doing when he bought the massage.Gore should have learned...

If I were him I'd say no comment too.Why doesn't Al say he didn't do it? Why does al just say "No Comment"?
I really couldn't care less about their marriage or his faithfulness. There are few people whose faithfulness to their spouse I give a **** about. How many other massueses did Al Hire, over the years with Tipper?
Does Tipper support Al using massueses when Al is out of town?

McNulty never told Hyder she was raped, so there was no reason for him to investigate anything. :doh
Further, McNulty never filed a police report, and only initiated a civil suit more than a year after the alleged rape occurred. I wonder why she waited? Hmmmm.
When she later told Harrah's security chief Guy Hyder, the suit said, she was told that Harrah's Lake Tahoe casino president John Koster was a close friend of Roethlisberger and that "most girls would feel lucky to get to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger.
Another poster with sub-par reading skills.
No sane woman "wants" to be raped, and no one in this thread is saying anything remotely like that. But there are plenty of women out there who willingly have sex with men and shout "rape" long after the fact (and they usually do so for money).
Do you deny this?
One should always negotiate up front....
Dude, seriously. You need some help with comprehending words and context.
I question that she was assaulted, yes. Anyone in their right ****ing mind WOULD. I question whether or not they had consensual sex, sure. Anyone in their right ****ing mind would.
But your use of the phrase "wanting it" implies the standard male, sexist pig bull**** line that puts a sexual assault victim as the blame for her own assault. Which is not, in any way shape or form, what any person in this thread has even alluded to.
Just putting your own words back into your face.... You two are the ones that claim she must have wanted it and couldn't possibly have been raped by that fat pig.

No dear, you are not putting my 'own words' back in my face. You are putting YOUR words back in my face and stating that I said something I did not. This is ... what... the third or fourth time you've done it in this thread alone? You are not using my words at all.
I never said she "couldn't possibly" have been raped. Which, btw, she is not even claiming rape. Of course she POSSIBLY could have been. Anything is POSSIBLE.
I have stated the following:
1) I don't believe she was assaulted.
2) If she was assaulted, then she's still a money grubbing bitch who only helps to make life difficult for assault victims.
That is what I have stated, with my own words. Now, where in that do you see me saying that she "wanted it" and "couldn't possibly have been raped" ?
Glinda said:Why the hell would she stick around for more... unless those advances weren't exactly "unwanted?"
rivrrat said:THAT is the real question. That and the fact that she went for money instead of criminal charges.
What are you talking about? She [Paula Jones] reported it that night to police.
Paula Jones Complaint Against President Clinton
Jones left the hotel suite and came into the presence of Trooper Ferguson in the hallway. Ferguson did not escort Plaintiff back to the registration desk. Jones said nothing to Ferguson and he said nothing to her during her departure from the suite.
Jones thereafter left the [Arkansas Industrial Development Commission] Conference and went to the work place of her friend, Debra Ballentine.
When Ballentine met Plaintiff at the reception area, she immediately asked Jones what was wrong because Jones was visibly upset and nervous. Plaintiff wanted to talk about something that just happened and wanted to discuss it someplace privately. Ballentine and Jones went to a private area in the office, and later outside. Jones then told Ballentine what had happened with Clinton in the hotel suite. According to Ballentine, Jones told her that Clinton said as she left the room, "I know you're a smart girl and I'm sure you'll keep this to yourself."
Ballentine urged Jones to report the incident. Plaintiff refused, fearing that, if she did so, no one would believe her account, that she would lose her job, and that the incident would endanger her relationship with her then-fiance (now husband), Stephen Jones.
I've posted your own words several times, but you choose to run from them.
For the last time:
I have stated the following:
1) I don't believe she was assaulted.
2) If she was assaulted, then she's still a money grubbing bitch who only helps to make life difficult for assault victims.
Oregon Law recognizes the duty to retreat to avoid an assault. Could the massuese have left the room? Since the unidentified massuese injured her knee, could that have been assault?
Information on Oregon Laws related to sexual assault
The court papers filed in the lawsuit certainly dispute your claim:
When she later told Harrah's security chief Guy Hyder, the suit said, she was told that Harrah's Lake Tahoe casino president John Koster was a close friend of Roethlisberger and that "most girls would feel lucky to get to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger.
Its all just a nefarious plot by manbearpig.
You know, the thing that's half man, half bear, half pig.
Odd story that, interesting to see where it goes.
