And where is the traditional - the Russians did it!?

I would say Obama for allowing the mission to change to nation building after we took out Bin Laden and stopped having a reason to be in that country.
He certainly had a good excuse to bail out at that point. He lacked political will.

All of them and much much more, it is absent all reason and wisdom to suggest one President entirely on their own is to blame.
I go with the talking ape who started it and then turned his head toward Iraq. It's pretty clear he's at fault.

Wasnt binLaden killed in the nation of our great "ally in the 'war on terror'" Pakistan? And he came from Saudi Arabia.

I'm confused.

I intentionally left that out. Pick one.
All of the above. If you had titled it ‘who is the most to blame?’ that might have been a different thing. However, as the poll is stated, they all had a hand in this… as did many, many others.

It is believed he was in Khost at the time of the 9-11-2001 attack.

Yeah, Saudi Arabia loves to export their radicals. And, Pakistan is a religious shithole just like Afghanistan.

I knew we were doomed in Afghanistan back in 2004 when I read about the dancing boys. Can you imagine being a US soldier told that the perverts are our ally?

I wish I could change the question because you are correct.

If we're going to split hairs then the logical choice would be Obama.

Bush was justified for going in but did so without a clear endgame. Obama inherited the mess created by that but had 8 years to figure it out and he failed. Under his watch an already bad situation got worse.

Trump's efforts all seemed to revolve around "how do I get us out of here as quickly as possible" without any regard for the consequences and Biden seems to have simply adopted what Trump had in mind.

There's plenty of blame to go around but if you insist on pinning it all on one guy, then I choose Obama.

Plenty of blame can go his way, does not mean it all goes his way.

I probably would not dispute any of that.

Not the time to play the blame game. But to save as many people as possible.

Bush lit the fuse and walked away. To this day, I do not understand why he allowed the Taliban to flee into Pakistan to regroup.

Obama didn't do anything except waste time and money. The whole idea of training the Afghan army turned out to be a joke.

Trump undermined the whole operation, for better or worse. After all, we did need to get the **** out of there.

Biden did just that, but kind of without forethought.

Who’s the blame for what? The decision to pullout? Or the miserably failed process of doing so? Two completely different subjects

Cheney and Rumsfeld for their war-mongering advice, and Bush for listening. We went in and mopped up AQ and instead of getting out, we proceeded to invade Iraq, making things worse. The US military was never designed for nation building, it's a failed concept unless we're prepared to invest heavily and stay indefinitely.
