In the face of a Republican takeover of the House after the November elections, Schiff is engaged in a coverup to hide the actions of the J6 committee in a bid to avoid prosecution for acts up to and including obstruction of justice and treason.

The new provision outlaws "whistle blowers" from exposing criminal acts by superior officers or civilian officials. The act would exclude any evidence of crimes from all courts

It's hard to evaluate this allegation when the link provided has itself several source links that have been deleted (and were from less than credible sources).

I'd suggest you do some more research and provide links to the original documents this refers to so we can examine that document for issues with it's purpose.
