Oh. Oh.

This is just too good.

"In the six months leading up to the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, Anthony Antonio spent his days watching Fox News — a habit that actually made him ill, his attorney told a D.C. federal magistrate judge on Thursday.

His ailment? “Foxitis,” his attorney said, the HuffPost reported. “He became hooked with what I call … ‘Foxmania.’ ”
In the virtual hearing, which went awry when another alleged Capitol rioter interrupted with obscenities, Antonio’s attorney, Joseph Hurley, claimed that Fox News’s decision to regularly air then-President Donald Trump’s false claims of mass election fraud contributed to Antonio’s decision to participate in the insurrection."

I can name tons of others inflicted with the same disease.

Foxitis: that which caused people with residual ODS to run around shrieking "TDS!" at everyone else.

This is him...

so, to recap, when the liars and insurrections actually have to go to court their lawyers say things like "no sane person would believe Tucker Carlson" or "Fox brainwashed me".

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Yeah, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. This is like that "affluenza" teen. Though he did end up getting away with killing like 4 people.

what better group to blame for your actions than Fox? i mean, they do churn out massive lies every day. hell, his defense could have just been "Sean Hannity is a massive liar with no honor or integrity and he brainwashed me into believing a ton of Donald Trump lies".

But, but, but.......

EVERYBODY knows that FOXNews is not supposed to be taken seriously and is for entertainment purposes only. Right?

Maybe that defense will work for this lawyer too!

I like how these people who claim to have personal accountability want to blame someone else for their stupidity.
