It's the 250th Anniversary of the US Army.

There's a lot of 250th anniversaries that will happen during the Trump administration, so dial back the anxiety. I wouldn't ant you to hyperventilate.

Heading up to Tanglewood for the 4th of July in the Berkshires to visit friends and see James Taylor. My Berkshires’ hosts sent me a Protest Photo last night.

Please take a minute and look up IMG_2221.webp IMG_2346.webp IMG_2492.webp time and location of a “No Kings Protest” in your community. Viva the American Flag, with much gratitude to the American Army on the Army’s 250th Birthday.

The United Kingdom is not ruled by a king..... nor are any of the European countries that still have monarchs. Maintaining a monarchy does not mean the monarch rules. In fact, of the 37 countries that have monarchies, almost ALL of them have nominal to no participation in actually governance. They are mostly ceremonial.

I live in Colorado, I don't watch TV on Saturdays... Is it even being broadcast? I thought networks were obsessed with attaining high ratings. Maybe some upstart network that lacks content will give it a look. There are, however, more than a dozen "No Kings" protests across our state.

Of course, but like all things Trump, he is only interested in what a person, a company, an institution, a country can do for him personally. He loves "his" military; the American army, not so much...

but what is more End Times than 1500 protests nation wide? phoenix, dig into this one set up for the sheep complete with a parade from the Orange on the same day.

i would like to do both today, but am limited in the amount of abilities.

we may go to the No Kings and see if we can reason with them. prolly not, but i don't think the town will allow a Pallet of Bricks like in major cities. they just Break heads and arrest people; the hospitals should be doing good business in the ER and we have a new ER to go to thankfully.

With all the No Kings events going on, which seem to be fun, energetic, peaceful and engaging, I won’t be paying as much attention to Donald’s rainy parade.

Of course it doesn’t. But it has a lot to do with Trump’s ego. And the thought of a him honoring the military while having suggested that they war crimes and pardoning those who did , whom the military prosecuted is a bit of a contradiction, don’t you think?
 

The man was holding his shopping bags. He was confused after coming out of a shop and wandered out into the square. He wasnt a protester.

Hi Lursa,

If you mean that he did not die because of that incident with the tank, yes, you are absolutely right. But you were not being very clear. So if you mean that you know he did not die afterwards, can you please provide a link? I have always heard that he was taken away and nobody knows who he is or if he still lives. The cameraman also says that in the video if I am not mistaken. Led away on the side walk. I have always hoped he survived, but I think the chances are slim.
