A prayer request

Last week, my old band, The Smith & Hightower Band, was being scheduled to do a reunion concert at Brazosport College in Brazoria County, Texas. Things just got put on hold. 2 days ago, Lindell Hightower, the lead guitar player, was diagnosed with brain cancer. He survived a risky operation at the VA Hospital here in Houston today to have the tumor removed, and doctors are not sure of his chances yet. Lindell is a tough man who beat stage 4 lung cancer a few years ago. Today, he is once again fighting for his life, and is determined to do the concert sometime early next year, after he beats The Grim Reaper one more time.

Would appreciate any prayers you can throw his way.

Can anyone update me on his condition,since this is 2-2014,My husband played with the band " The Little People" back in 1984.My husband has sinced passed away this June2013.Thanks for any help !
