I woke up this morning to video of a US president visiting a country at war with a nuclear superpower and delivering them another boatload of money that we have nothing better to do with. I also heard a story yesterday that China wants in on this action and is now getting involved. To those of you who voted for Biden, how far are you willing to follow him in this dangerous chess game? Are you uncomfortable when Putin mentions nukes?
Liberals here on DP are always saying that Trump would have never gotten us involved in Ukraine so this question is for them:
If you look up and see a Russian nuke getting ready to drop on your head will you say "I should have voted for Trump.".....? Or, is being dead a better fate to you than 4 more years of Trump?

You both seem to think...incorrectly...that what is happening in Ukraine is a threat to the US.

It's not.

What is happening in Ukraine is an opportunity for the Globalists.
 
No, if that happens, I will blame Putin as he was the one to make the decision to not only invade another country for no good reason but to continue to escalate it when he was called on his decision to invade a country for no good reason.

And then you say, "liberals are always saying Trump would have never gotten us involved in Ukraine" and confirm your're blowing smoke. The correct context is liberals believe Trump wouldn't want to be involved in Ukraine because he's sympathetic with Putin and would risk all our lives in a heartbeat if he felt like it. Do you twist the words to misinform or worse, do you actually think you're making a good argument?

I don’t know about you - but if nukes start flying the last thing I’m thinking about is the government past or present.

My only concerns will be my family.

I’m sorry if what you’d be concerned about is Trump/Biden. Life must be really lonely for you.
 
After Trump divided our nation and tried to weaken NATO, Putin saw an opening for his war of aggression against Ukraine.

Frankly, I don't know how consevatives can live with themselves let alone sleep at night.

Are you operating on the premise that this exact situation wouldn't have happened if Trump was President? That is mistake one.

Mistake two is ignoring that it would have happened anyway, and thinking that he wouldn't have immediately done his level best to convince Ukraine to surrender to his homie.

The only downside to how Biden is handling it is that, ironically, using your imagery....Putin might rather be dead than not in charge, so he might actually do something stupid. That said, he's had that potential for decades now, so unless you are of the opinion that every time we smacked his hand in the past we should have capitulated instead, Im not really sure the point you are trying to make here.

I dont really care about Ukraine though. Dont live there.
You dont really care either. You "care" with all the conviction of an American sitting on their big keister on a couch somewhere eating bon bons, thinking they have the foggiest clue as to what's going on.
If Ukraine disappeared tonight, I wouldn't even notice.

I'm far more worried about the Palestinian Holocaust, which is being waged right now as we type, with my tax dollars. Now that is my concern.
