re-education camps?
These guys are funny when they try to act tough.
re-education camps?
You mean, nice places to live? Coincidentally, I've visited all four states (the ones you name above plus Florida) in the past year. I found them all to be perfectly fine places to be, though Florida was a little hot for my taste, though otherwise, it seemed OK.Yes, that's the paradox of tolerance. If you let progressive scum into your state, they'll turn it into what California, Illinois, and New York have become.
This clown sure isnt looking for the moderate/independent votes, is he?
**** him!

A Florida license plate has reopened the debate over the 'Don't tread on me' flag
Gov. Ron DeSantis says a plate featuring the Revolutionary War-era Gadsden flag sends a "clear message to out-of-state cars." Others say the flag symbolizes a dangerous far-right extremist ideology.www.npr.org
When Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recently tweeted an image of what he said was a new state license plate featuring a coiled rattlesnake and the words "Don't Tread on Me," he said it sends a "clear message to out-of-state cars."
The imagery of the Revolutionary War-era Gadsden flag dates to Benjamin Franklin but has, for many, come to symbolize a far-right extremist ideology and the "Stop the Steal" movement that sought to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
"'Love, love, love' Florida Gov. DeSantis new license plate; 'Don't Tread on Me!'" one Twitter user said. "This is how we feel about our great country..that is right now being systematically destroyed by the radical Left."
But such plates have gotten push back, not only in Florida, but in states such as Kansas, Missouri and Virginia, where similar plates have been available, in some cases for years, as fundraising tools for various organizations.
Some of Governor Ronald DeSantis' comments are reminiscent of a little boy amusing himself by loudly passing wind in church.
Regards, stay safe 'n well.
You must feel included because you can relate so well?
Regardless, stay American.
How did that flag suddenly become toxic after a couple of centuries of it being patriotic? I has to be wokism. As far as I am concerned, everyone who wants to advertise their ignorance and intolerance with a license plate or sticker or flag or t-shirt, should go for it. It lets me know who to avoid.
Gee, perhaps because it was recently appropriated by flagrant assholes. How did that flag suddenly become toxic after a couple of centuries of it being patriotic? I has to be wokism.

It was co-opted by a far-right movement, just like the swastika. The swastika was a peaceful symbol for centuries until a certain far-right movement decided to use it. Symbols can change meaning overtime and a flag is just a symbol. For those of find the current US flag offensive, no surprise they would find any other historical flags.
Manufactured outrage
Well you certainly wouldn't want flagrant assholes to use a flag. That wouldn't be right. What will you say when flagrant assholes appropriate the stars and stripes?Gee, perhaps because it was recently appropriated by flagrant assholes.

As I said, I really don't care if people advertise their assholery. It saves me time.Well you certainly wouldn't want flagrant assholes to use a flag. That wouldn't be right.
They've already tried. Context, context, context. What will you say when flagrant assholes appropriate the stars and stripes?
That, at least, is a reasonable response. Which far right movement adopted it? Do far left movements use flags? I think they do.It was co-opted by a far-right movement, just like the swastika. It's not going to bother moderates and independents. This clown sure isnt looking for the moderate/independent votes, is he?
It’s not my thread, and besides, cultists won’t listen. If that's the case, use your conservative initiative and self-reliance and research it and 'splain it for the libs.
You're not interested in the facts, you're just here to troll the thread. Got it.It’s not my thread, and besides, cultists won’t listen.
LOL. you really think so, huh??It's not going to bother moderates and independents.
Doesn't change the fact the flag is now used primarily by far right groups to represent their ideology.Manufactured outrage.
The Gadsden flag? It was adopted by Qanon and various militia groups like the Proud Boys to represent their movements. That, at least, is a reasonable response. Which far right movement adopted it? Do far left movements use flags? I think they do.

So far I have not seen a single one. It's a shame DeSantis is using it to feed red meat to his base. The fact that if I were to purchase the plate and twenty five bucks goes to vets, I like.
It's amazing how the right has turned something ben franklin created to refer to the british and our colonies into a war cry for the crazies.
Yes, like the danger of lower taxes.
Or the way the word liberal in America once meant someone who supports freedom and individual rights, whereas today it means the exact opposite.
He probably meant don't bring your toxic ideology here.
Facts are great, it’s always disappointing when the OP fails to provide them. You're not interested in the facts, you're just here to troll the thread. Got it.
