If you are willing to make an exception for the small percentage of people who are intersex, why would you be unwilling to extend a similar exception for the small percentage of people who are transgender? Other than because you hate them of course.

It doesn't change and it cannot be changed. That was tried as a way to treat trans people 70+ years ago and people killed themselves because of the damage it causes when they tried to change a persons gender identity to match their sex. Now the Drs use surgery and hormones to modify the body to be as close as possible to their gender identity instead.
