5th Circuit grants a Texas father the right to deny his daughter access to birth contro

Spewing bullshit is not going to help you.

Life is what it is.
My post was that satire thing you might have heard of, and I might also add a perfect example of how to get one in without violating the rules.

The law you quoted refers to making porn.
It refers to any sexual conduct or performance. 43.25 b and c:

“(b) A person commits an offense if, knowing the character and content thereof, he employs, authorizes, or induces a child younger than 18 years of age to engage in sexual conduct or a sexual performance. A parent or legal guardian or custodian of a child younger than 18 years of age commits an offense if he consents to the participation by the child in a sexual performance.

(c) An offense under Subsection (b) is a felony of the second degree, except that the offense is a felony of the first degree if the victim is younger than 14 years of age at the time the offense is committed, regardless of whether the actor knows the age of the victim at the time of the offense.”

NOTE:

“(2) "Sexual conduct" means sexual contact, actual or simulated sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality, masturbation, sado-masochistic abuse, or lewd exhibition of the genitals, the anus, or any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola.”

The real one. Most high school students are virgins on their graduation day. Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a fictional movie
This anecdotally seems untrue to me. A quick search of google puts high schoolers having sex at 30-40%. Most seems like an entirely disingenuous word to use.

What part of "porn" is giving you trouble?

The laws I cited give the actual age of consent, ie, the age beneath which sex constitutes an assault.

Sorry, I thought you were more interested in the depth of the issue. May mistake.
I thought my question was a simple yes or no answer. I'm interested in your answer to my question: yes or no?

Maybe Texas should gear up for more people needing assistance in the near future.

I have some awesome ocean front property here in Arizona. Cheap.
You seem like the kind of person that would have that kind of property. Pretty hard to offload huh?

Section 43.25 of the below law places the age of consent in Texas at 18. Parental notification and consent is also required by law for family planning and contraception up to age 18. So someone explain to me how facilitating statutory rape and violating the parental consent law is a good idea.

You seem to be under the impression that birth control pills are only used as a contraceptive.

Those meds are also prescribed for Acne in some cases.

Talibangelicals need to be banned from government.

You going to make her father give birth and pay child support?

The father (plaintiff) in this case has a history of the courts having to force him to pay child support so don't hold your breath.... The courts had to garnish his Frito Lay check six years after paternity was established for the son he had out of wedlock..

So dude wants his minor daughter to get knocked up?

Kinda sick, really.
Perhaps he just wants his minor daughter to stop ****ing.

You know the difference between a minor not having access to something and an adult not having access, right? Or do I need to explain that to you?

Yep, and I also know what a piece of shit deadbeat dad looks like... That's your hero in this case...

You do realize that these products are prescribed for reasons other than birth control right?

The right has always had a problem separating their religion and the law.

And if the kid has an unwanted pregnancy that might have been avoided? Any good parent would allow their kid to get birth control and promote safe sex.
Fortunately, you are not the gatekeeper of who is and is not a 'good parent'
