actually barb, it might surprise you that we DON'T have the best healthcare in the world. for some countries, universal healthcare is working out just fine.

America is many countries. My version of America has the best health care in the world. Other versions of America have worse health care systems than Mexico. America is a mixture of the First World and the Third World.

Those long lists of numbers are kind of annoying.. lol.. They are so close together it hurts my eyes to read..

Yes, the US health care is a mess right now. Look at the Nordic countries. Of course, nobody is perfect, but then, isn't the US the biggest economy in the world?

Social programs don't work and never will, look what happened to Russia and the Socialistic european countries.

Look at the riots on TV lately and you'll see what I mean.

He's right, some people get the best health care in the world while others are having some pretty 3rd world experiences. I've experienced some pretty huge differences in my own city just based on what insurance I've had, and other factors.

I meant to say that Socialistic Russia no longer exists.
 
Herman Cain was on Greta last night.

She pinned him down pretty much. He finally said there was a 70% chance he'll be running and will announce on Neil Cavuto around the beginning of the year.

If Ron Paul runs, I'll vote for him. Otherwise... I'll probably be as apathetic as ever.
 
at this point I would say the republicans should take a page from the dems book and run somene with a celebrity type appeal, as Obama was.
Paint them as intelligent, for the people, some sort of other celebrity quality, like first woman to have a chance, or an ex jock.

But if I had 100 dollars that had to go down on a candidate looking to "12", Id go with Mike Huckabee with the right running mate chosen up front
