Will hopefully be voted out of the house by mid next week. Question: Will the DOJ press forward?
I believe they will. Biden is 'born of' Congress. Even though he is the executive now, he understands the importance of an operating legislative branch. Congress has legitimate Constitutional authorities that the previous administration rebuffed. I think President Biden will aid them in getting that power back. Will hopefully be voted out of the house by mid next week. Question: Will the DOJ press forward?
Answer: Very possible.Question: Will the DOJ press forward?
I guess its sad for you to find out that criming has consequences. Even for right wing criminals now.Really?
What a shock!
Absolutely shocking!
What about the other 2 options?Answer: Very possible.
Next question: Will a court rule the subpoena to be lawful?
Answer: Doubtful.
Next question: Why not?
Answer: There is no legislative justification for the subpoena.
Any questions?

Your political predictions in this forum don't exactly have a great record of success. Just saying.Answer: Very possible.

Explainer: How powerful are Congress subpoenas, contempt citations?
U.S. House Democrats threatened on Thursday to hold Attorney General William Barr in "contempt of Congress" for not complying with a subpoena to hand over an unredacted version of the Mueller report. What does that mean?www.reuters.com
... in modern times Congress has opted for a third and final approach to enforcing a contempt finding: getting its lawyers to bring a civil lawsuit asking a judge to rule that compliance is required.
Can we really expect more from racist dupes? It always amazes me when a Trump supporter puts their liberty at risk out of loyalty to Trump when it's obvious he shows no loyalty to others.

2. Another possible remedy is for Congress to file a civil lawsuit in federal court, requesting a judge to order compliance with the subpoena. This, however, can take months or years to resolve.3. The third alternative is for Congress to use its own “inherent contempt” power by sending the Sergeant at Arms to actually detain subpoena violators. But this hasn’t been done since 1935, and is widely viewed as an extreme option, said Taylor.
2. Nancy doesn't have months or years. She needs her narrative now if she wants it to be effective for the 2022 election.
3. Nancy and her minions don't have the balls. They'd rather someone else do their dirty work.
Next question: Why not?
Answer: There is no legislative justification for the subpoena.
Any questions?
That "treason" narrative doesn't have any legs without spin and nonsense to keep it going. That's what Nancy needs. That we are up against a clock in fighting treason should be of concern to every American. Well, it is to every "real American.
Of course there is. Congress has oversight responsibility.Answer: Very possible.

And what are they overseeing? They have oversight responsibility in regard to the executive branch. What agency of the executive branch are they overseeing?Of course there is. Congress has oversight responsibility.
How could you possibly know anything about Bannon and 1/6? LolAbsolutely correct.
There is nothing to tie Mr. Bannon with anything related to "1/6."
He was a Trump advisor years prior, was convicted of unrelated charges, and pardoned.
The "1/6" Committee is acting just like the old "House Un-American Activities Committee" which was a "witch-hunt" seeking "communists" by invading all sorts of people's lives and damaging them will wild accusations.
In short, the 1/6 Committee is another modern day "witch-hunt."
The sole purpose is to damage the ex-President AND the Republican Party AND anyone else they think is a threat to Democrats retaining perpetual power.
They hope this can last through the next Bi-election to keep Democrats in office via the "Red Scare" of "Trumpism."
Read it and try to be honest just one day.And what are they overseeing? They have oversight responsibility in regard to the executive branch. What agency of the executive branch are they overseeing?
They can also call on testimony to inform them of needed legislation. What is the legislative purpose of their dog and pony show?
Some people have no idea how their government works and refuse to learn. We let them vote anyway.Read it and try to be honest just one day.
