Who cares? I might be upset if the comment was made by someone whose opinions I valued had made such a statement. But George Takei? I mean I remember him from Star Trek as "Mr. Sulu," and I know he came out as gay, but that's about it. I've never looked to him as a weather gage of public opinion.
