The law requires you to present a warrant. The law is backed by both the constitution and past judicial decisions. The constitution doesn’t go into specific details but it contains the underlying principles on which laws are based. It isn’t required for the details of laws based upon these principles for laws to be valid. You don’t understand how the legal system and the constitution work together if you think that all constitutional laws need to be specified in specific details in the constitution for a law to be valid and constitutional.

So, prove it…if true it should be easy and Trump and Co being quoted aren’t evidence. Show me where online they were threatened or doxxed.
Right now the people being doxxed are these bounty hunters that are pretending to be federal law enforcement when they aren’t. Since its a crime to impersonate law enforcement its a good thing to out them.

With all due respect I have seen a heck of a lot more cult-like hate and division in print form on this website (in this Community) by folks that I believe identify themselves as of the Democratic Party persuasion than I have seen from the folks that are identifying themselves as of Republican Party persuasion, or conservative leaning thinking. And it would not take a lot of effort to prove that.

Now placing a timestamp on that would be more difficult, because that exact observation caused me to take a look at the archived threads and do some studying on this topic of cult-like hate and division and it seems a number of years ago there was a lot less slander and profanity and just what you posted that I quoted; cult-like hate and division.

But I have a gut feeling you could care less for my observations on this topic, because you sure seem like a puppet on a string that swings always to the left defying the laws of nature and never in the middle or swinging to the right. I tend to feel sorrow for folks like you, as you clearly aren't doing much self-reflection. Nor thinking for yourself. Very sad!
