I didn't vote against my own interest. I don't think transgenders should serve in the military they would that's in my interest.

Gov’t agencies have, for many years, been monitoring various internet sites suspected of, or connected to coordinated and individual acts of violence.

While there are valid 1A/privacy concerns, there’s no disputing the fact that many American lives have been protected/saved.

Trump is intent on tearing our democracy, and rule of law apart. True patriots of the United States, people that love this country, treasure democracy, some more than they treasure their own life, and will fight to preserve it. Pam Bondi has turned the Dept of Justice into Trump's personal law firm. She has targeted political foes, federal judges, she has halted prosecutions and placed loyalty to Trump as the measure of someone's worth. Her public addresses have been bloated with disparaging adjectives painting all immigrants as 'rapists', 'murderers', 'pedophiles', 'thieves' and even 'baby killers'. Her goal is to enrage people and hate all immigrants, that's very clear. But her portrayal of all immigrants being nothing than lawless, worthless vermin that shouldn't be in this country, is all performative theater for Trump.

Kristi Noem does the same thing. Alex Padilla interrupted her speech the other day when he heard her say: "Federal authorities will be staying here to liberate this city from the socialist and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country". She's a liar, and is using speech to inflame hatred and violence. Nothing she said could be further from the truth, and a Senator has every right, and it's his obligation, to call out Kristi Noem for her lies and incendiary language.

Given what he is doing to my country and the rest of the world I have good reason to. Weird to me is having such admiration for a man with no conscience, no moral compass and no ethics. A man who is bent on retribution and vengeance. Just not qualities I admire, but to each their own.

He's been busy firing 4-star Generals who were advocates for DEI hires and transgenders serving in the military. Pete Hegseth is concentrating his focus on politicizing the U.S. military. He wrote a book about politicizing the military, titled "The War on Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free." In it, he criticizes the U.S. military for its focus on "woke" policies and counter-extremism efforts. Trump asked General Milley if he could just shoot immigrants crossing the border, and Milley said, 'NO!' Pete Hegseth would give the okay to do that. He is a serious threat to the United States.
