Sorry kaya - my divorce was over 6 years ago! However nobody seems to have gotten the message through to my ex to move on in her life or to stop using the kids. Probably why I had to get them away from her through court - she's still keeping the case going though so I've been in court again this and last month.
Thanks for the offer though - your uncle is probably a criminal and civil lawyer: family law is quite different and very much stuck in the dark ages here in the UK.
Hello kaya - just been a seriously busy year and it keeps getting busier. First my two boys came to live with me after yet another court case with the ex over neglect and she's still fighting it. I'm self representing and have saved myself thousands... then I have been redecorating my existing house which I'm going to let out and I've just this week bought another place that needs a little doing up... and my partner is expecting our baby at Xmas. And I still advise other Non-Resident Parents on court procedure and how to get to see their kids - but not as much as I used to. Time is short!
So if I'm not as regular on here, now you know why!
Trust me...rev got a kick out of it too. LOL
I am doing great and hope you are, too! I had a lot of fun with all that the other morning.
