@Zyphlin

LOL, I heard about that on the radio this morning.

I liked one article that said "police believe likely cause was team loyalty"

You think?

**** the Cowboys

In all seriousness though, that's a little over the top. Both trying to take a guys flag and punching the guy for it.

I gotta admit, while I like to joke and have some fun with it, my antipathy for the Cowboys has became much more out of the fun of the rivalry now than any kind of true vitriol.

After the Sean Taylor death the only team in the division that had almost singularly classy fans that came to our message board was the Cowboys (The Philly fans just blew my mind...). Choosing on their own to do the moment of silence for him when they had the first game after his shooting and how deathly silent their stadium was. It gave me a new grudging respect for Cowboy fans than I previously did and just took some of the hate out of the rivaly.

Which surprisingly has made it a bit more fun ;)

So, as I said, just one more time....

**** the Cowboys.

Also, I gotta ask. As a Cowboy fan, which team is your biggest rival in the division?

Hands down, the Redskins. I hate Theisman, always have, always will. Yet I have the utmost respect for the team and organization, the rich tradition
and most importantly, the 1940 NFL Championship Game, a whooping dear to my heart.

I hold the Giants in the same light, great team, great organization, great ownership.

I despise the eagles and hope that the next realignment finds them a spot in the CFL. Classless fans and an embarrassment to the NFC East.

The most SB appearances/wins out of all the divisions in football, the toughest division. I wish the Cardinals were still a part of it.

Go Cowboy's!!!

Glad to see that. I hate how the media bounces around on it depending on what team is good, sometimes acting like the Eagles/Cowboys are the big rivalry in the division of the Giants/Cowboys (essentially, whatever cowboys).

Maybe its cause I'm Redskins centric, but I always saw the Skins/Boys as the #1 rivalry in that division with everything else being on a second tier. The whole division loves to hate each other and are all rivals, but I honestly put the DC Dallas rivaly easily as a top 3 in the NFL if not top 5 or 10 in all of sports.

And gotta agree with you on both the Giants and on the Eagles. I love to hate the Giants, but they're a great franchise and run themselves in a respectable way. Plus I had a soft spot for them since the little man from Wahoo Wah showed them why they were dumb to draft Ron Dayne.

The Eagles are just utter crap. Can't stand McNabb. Hey, Donny, how's it feel to be beat TWICE by a team you keep claiming the eagles are a "better team than". The fans for the most part are low class pathetic bastards. Every year that we travel to Philly there's stories of eggs, rocks, golf balls, and other various things pelting the bus on the way in and out of the city. Just low class all around.

But you can't deny the Beast and the prominence it has in the NFL. There's no division I'd rather watch and few that can touch it in its dominance over the years.

I gotta admit, I love Sammy's quote from that game.
