Actually, if you want to get technical, double base propellent deflagrates (burns). If you contain it in a way that pressure cannot vent fast enough, you get what is called a mechanical explosion like a boiler explosion. As the pressure is being released in a controlled manner and the vessel is not being breached, you could argue it does not explode no more than one would say an air rifle explodes. As a point of reference, if you use a blasting cap to initiate tightly compressed double base propellent, it can actually detonate vice simply deflagrate.

They do eat newly formed wheat but not much.Its mainly because they hopp all over the place and crush formimg seedlings.And they also get caught in fences.

Uhhh, the explosion doesn't shoot people. I have never heard of one explosion being arrested for shooting anyone, not once, never even heard of this garbage before. I really think this is one of the very few genuine creative thoughts I have ever read, as stupid as it is. Maybe that is why it is truly original. Nobody would have never thought to say something as stupid as this.

Define "kids". You need to evaluate the stats and where they come from. Many times, those stats include gang members up to the age of 21 in order to appeal to emotion...
